About the Project

Goal: Increase enrollment in “preventive exams” across country to self-funded employers through their plans

Tactics: Two-location campaign outreach, including extensive collateral development (posters, flyers, in-plant banners, participation cards, etc.), surveys, and in-plant contests and participation incentives

Our role: Consultant, strategy and budget development, content development, promotional item identification/procurement, and message dissemination

Location #1 Results Biometrics Screenings, July 25 –  26:

  • 460 total associates
  • 258 associates received their biometrics screening in 2017 vs. 214 in 2016
  • 115 physicals scheduled
  • 128 WellSessions appointments made

Location #2 results from Biometrics Screenings, July 25 – 28:

  • 577 total associates
  • 421 associates received their biometric screening in 2017 vs. 219 in 2016
  • 155 exams were scheduled
  • 161 WellSessions appointments made
