Amy has spent the last 22 years growing brands and helping business leaders define and refine their brand stories. A Fort Worth native, Amy’s years of study at UTA and SMU primed her for a lifelong pursuit of personal and professional excellence through continuous learning. She’s been recognized as a Cox Distinguished Business Leader, is certified in Customer Service Excellence by the Disney Institute, and was recently named among Women’s Business Enterprises’ Outstanding WBE CEOs of 2022. Since 2007, Amy has brought her growth mindset and love of client collaboration to Cowtown Creative clients, still managing to make time for family, reading, running, camping, and fishing. Married with four children ages 13, 11, 6, and 2, Amy finds that work-life balance is a mental health imperative, and has made it part of her company’s structure for herself and her team.

Becky Dolgener

Vice President, Strategy

Becky has 28 years of experience in content creation and loves condensing complex ideas into relatable and easy-to-understand content. Since 2009, she has been helping Cowtown Creative clients tell their authentic stories through integrated marketing. Becky earned a Bachelor’s in Speech Communication from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. She specializes in content, project management, and communications strategy, and is always on the hunt for the latest marketing news and best practices. Her clients include Fortune 50 health and fitness companies, international technology and HR firms, higher education systems, government agencies, and independent start-ups. She’s a mom of two strapping young men, and wife to a Texas football coach.

Since 2002, Bonnie Mays has delivered innovative and creative design solutions for multiple businesses and publications in the DFW Metroplex. Her goal is to tell a relatable story through original design, branding, content, and digital media. Her time as Art Director of the Fort Worth Weekly brought together her love of design, as well as music, creative writing, and the arts communities. From a very young age, visual arts have always been an interest for her, honing her skills with private lessons, and art classes all throughout her education. She was delighted to volunteer her time planning two Old Town Burleson Art Walks in 2019. She has a passion to help others share their story in a creative way that makes an impact on the world.

Katie Robinson attended the University of Kansas and Webster University, receiving her B.F.A. with an emphasis in graphic design. She has over 23 years of experience seeing through the clutter to produce award-winning, strategic communications. Katie has worked for a boutique design firm specializing in corporate communications, owned her own design company serving a variety of industries and is a past adjunct teacher in graphic design for Webster University. She understands the importance of bringing brand consistency and authentic messaging to all the projects that she touches. Specialties include: annual reports, publications, branding, social media campaigns, displays, signage, packaging and web sites.

Jenna Farquhar

Social Media Specialist

Jenna Farquhar is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska where she graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in history and Spanish.  She has experience in business, education, creative marketing, community and public relations, and economic development. In the digital world, she enjoys creating content for businesses and organizations to showcase their products, services, talents, and activities.  Jenna is also a community volunteer involved in various service organizations.  Her favorite hobbies are knitting and reading as well as hiking and camping with her family.

Julie Ewert

Julie Ewert

Project Manager

Julie earned her Fashion Merchandising and Computer Aided Design Degree in 2000 and earned the distinction of top Graphic Design Student of her class. She applied her design skills as a visual merchandising and catalog specialist for a major national fashion retail chain.

Julie’s visual merchandising passion led to coordination with marketing teams and go-to-market strategists. She specializes in custom graphic designs, enjoys teaching music, and runs a piano studio out of her home.
