Amy Day

President

Amy has spent the last 25 years growing brands and helping business leaders define and refine their brand stories. A Fort Worth native, Amy’s years of study at UTA and SMU primed her for a lifelong pursuit of personal and professional excellence through continuous learning. She’s been recognized as a Cox Distinguished Business Leader, is certified in Customer Service Excellence by the Disney Institute, and was recently named among Women’s Business Enterprises’ Outstanding WBE CEOs. Since 2007, Amy has brought her growth mindset and love of client collaboration to Cowtown Creative clients, still managing to make time for family, reading, running, camping, and fishing.

Married with four children ages 16, 14, 9, and 5, Amy finds that work-life balance is a mental health imperative, and has made it part of her company’s structure for herself and her team.

Adrienne Lustgarten

Strategic Team Lead

Adrienne attended Texas Tech University where she earned a B.A. in Advertising and Marketing from the School of Mass Communication. Her 18 year career started in sales and customer service but quickly transitioned into a marketing position in the IT industry. Her experience includes in-person and virtual event management, digital and traditional campaign management, and CRM management.
Married with a teenage son, she spends most of her free time at the baseball fields but when the opportunity presents itself, Adrienne is always looking to escape with her family to the mountains.

Katie Robinson

Creative Director

Katie attended the University of Kansas and Webster University, receiving her B.F.A. with an emphasis in graphic design. She has over 23 years of experience seeing through the clutter to produce award-winning, strategic communications. Katie has worked for a boutique design firm specializing in corporate communications, owned her own design company serving a variety of industries and is a past adjunct teacher in graphic design for Webster University.

She understands the importance of bringing brand consistency and authentic messaging to all the projects that she touches. Specialties include: annual reports, publications, branding, social media campaigns, displays, signage, packaging and web sites.

Jenna Farquhar

Account Executive

Jenna is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska where she graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in history and Spanish. She has experience in business, education, creative marketing, community and public relations, and economic development. In the digital world, she enjoys creating content for businesses and organizations to showcase their products, services, talents, and activities.

Jenna is also a community volunteer involved in various service organizations. Her favorite hobbies are knitting and reading as well as hiking and camping with her family.

Derinda Kohn

Account Manager

Derinda attended the University of North Texas where she earned her B.A. in English with a concentration in Literature. Her professional career brings her experience in customer service, leadership, event planning, and social media. She is driven by helping others grow and succeed towards their goals.

Derinda is married with three kids and two grandkids.  Her free time is spent with her family and on her family ranch. She loves to read, create, and travel. If a beach isn’t available, she will take the mountains!

Allison Owens

Visual Communications Manager

Allison was born and raised in Burleson, Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor’s in visual communication with an emphasis on graphic design, as well as a minor in advertising. When Allison isn’t designing for clients she is creating other forms of art. She is a live event painter and travels both locally and nationally to capture special moments on paper. She is also very involved in the book community where she creates book illustrations, licensed character art, and is the co-founder of a start up magazine showcasing authors, artists, musicians, and creators.
